Sue’s mission in life is to inspire women to live their best life in mind, body, and spirit. Sue’s conviction and core belief is that the way to authentically live your best life is through all encompassing breath, body, and soul. Sue is a fitness instructor, personal trainer, life coach, mother of 4 and wife to
a very tall, handsome man. Sue spends her days working out, pretending to be a writer, inspiring women, playing with her grandkids, cooking delicious and healthy meals, and dreaming up ways to create more influence in order to change the world one empowered woman at a time.
