Meditation

We are looking at a practice that is not practiced enough in the life of a Christ follower; meditation. In Psalm 1 the word "blessed" is used to signify total fulfillment. A question to ask, how do we get "blessed," how do we get total fulfillment? It comes to people who learn to meditate on the God's words. That is a promise. We are going to examine what that means and learn how to practice this in our everyday spiritual practice.
