Defenseless
There are times when we feel we are at the end of our rope and through these times, somehow life brings a sense of clarity and direction. Such was the case of the apostle Paul on this, his 2nd missionary journey, this time to a region called Macedonia. God seems to always use these circumstances to bring about change and a whole new perspective in us where he completely sets us on a new course altogether. Such is the case with Earl and the call to plant a church in Berkeley, California. You'll hear the incredible story of how this came about and lessons learned along the way.

Earl Creps has spent years on the road studying the culture and outreach strategies of leaders and congregations attempting to connect with culture. He brings to this a background as a pastor, consultant, and educator. Along the way, Earl earned a Ph.D. in Communication Studies and a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership.
Today, he and his wife Janet are developing a church planting project in Bekeley, California. Earl is the author of numerous articles, anthology chapters, and study courses, as well as a speaker for conferences, retreats and universities.
